Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Star of the Sea. Please find the link below to your child's online application for enrolment. 

You will need to click on the link, enter and review the required details, complete and submit the form.

If applying for enrolment for more than 1 student, when the form is completed an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

To lodge an application for your child, please remember to send:

  • Fully completed Application for Enrolment form (see above)
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
  • Photocopy of Immunisation Certificate
  • Photocopy of most recent school report

After lodging an Enrolment Application, parents will be invited to attend an enrolment interview. It is important that your child or children who are enrolling attend this interview.

To be eligible for enrolment in Preparatory Year a child must turn five by 30th June in the year they start Prep. The chart below shows when children will start Preparatory Year and Year 1.  Evidence of date of birth is required.

Children applying for Prep must be born within the specific dates as set down by the Government.
  • Interviews for enrolment conducted by Administration  team member
  • Offers for positions and confirmation of enrolment form sent with request for payment of $250 to confirm enrolment. This payment is non-refundable.
  • An orientation is conducted for new pupils during term 4.
Should it be necessary to limit the intake of pupils to Star of the Sea, then preference will be given to:

(a) children who have other family members in the school.
(b) children of the Parish whose parents are practising Catholics and who are Catholic.
(c) children of the Parish who are Catholic.
(d) children of other Parishes who are practising Catholics.
(e) children of non-Catholics of the Parish who are practising their faith.
